Upon arriving at the location and parking the truck, I saw it was still open and there were a few people still in the bar area on the ground floor. We decided to take all the equipment inside and start setting up camp on the second floor. This was about 1:00 am and we could not get started until 2:00 am when the bar closed for the night.
After setting up the second floor with four cameras, a monitor and DVR, it was time for the bar to close. We then got started setting up the equipment on the ground floor. We only used two cameras on the ground floor as it was not very wide but pretty long.
The investigation was under way about 2:15am. I had monitor duty. I took a few pictures while watching the monitor and did a few evp sessions. I did not feel as though there was anything there with us, it was pretty peaceful, and not a lot going on where I was set up. Two of the members were on the third floor and hear a few noises when asking a question. I went up to see if we could re-create it with other people there but was un-successful.
This place was built in 1771 or very close to it from what we are told. We were told there was a death in the place in 1979 but can not disclose any information about that at this time. It was told to us that voices and foot steps could be heard at night and there were bar stools that when turned upside down on the bar at closing time would be knocked off the bar.
The computer system would also shut down from time to time for no reason and the kitchen stove would sometimes turn itself on. I talked to one man there and he said he in fact knows why the stove would turn on, it’s not paranormal but from a natural cause. All and all I think the night went pretty good, I don’t believe there is anything mean or nasty there but I do think it warrants another investigation to try and get some evidence to be able to explain what goes on when the place sleeps for the night.

This was a very interesting investigation. As a Medium, you never know for certain what you'll come across.
During our initial walk around, I didn't really feel anything that made me do a double take. The ground floor bar area seemed quiet, even though it had about 20 individuals still milling about before closing. It wasn't until we ventured to the second and third levels that I started seeing scenes from the past.
The first thing that I noticed was a man sitting in the front dining area of the second floor smoking. He was dressed in clothes that reminded me of Richard Geer in the movie "The Cotton Club". I would say that he was dressed in clothes from the early to mid 1930's.
There were women milling about handling heavy blankets and laundry. I also started feeling as if this place was once a speak-easy back during the prohibition. I also witnessed an unobstructed view of the harbor with many clipper type vessels.
This establishment had many different uses in its long history. From a boarding type house to an illegal gambling and drinking facility. It was also used for storage of things from the ships. Most of the visions were of large amounts of fabric, like wool. I also saw a man that I felt was once a bouncer.
All of these Spirits or Ghosts were certainly comfortable with the place. I didn't feel any negative energies in or around the building. The whole thing was like a "duel" or "Double" reality co-existing at the same time. We don't notice them and they don't mind us. They all seemed at peace going about doing their chores.

I arrived at the Waterfront hotel around 1am. There were still quite a few people inside the bar and a band was playing. We met the owners and heard stories about the activity when the place closes.
We set up the DVR cameras on the second floor to monitor the bar stools. We were told the stools would fall down and a shadow figure appears in the area.
I set up my Sony HD camcorder to monitor back area of the second floor. The camcorder's focus went in and out through the night. I can not explain why, it just happened. I did see a red light next to the fireplace about 10 minutes into the video.
The investigation started at 2am. Jose and I went up to the 3rd floor for an EVP session. We did hear what sounded like soda can's being crushed. I am still not sure what caused it. No one else was on the floor. A few minutes later, the rest of the team came up and we did a group session with the K2 meters. Besides a few noises, I did not have any personal experiences on the 3rd floor.
Jose and I proceeded down to the 2nd floor where the camcorder was setup. We did another EVP session. Jose's K2 meter went off a few times as he asked questions.
I do not believe the place is "haunted". A few noises happened, but nothing to make me say the place is haunted or has activity going on. I think we should go back and try and gather more evidence.
