Meet up at BJ's House 7:00pm and team heads over in 3ea vehicles
Arrive at Clients home in Kingsville Approxamately 8:00pm
Set up: At the sight we set up BJ's cctv system and recorder as well as a monitor, system included 3 ea camera's 1 in dining room aimed down the hall, one in the kitchen , one in the basement hanging off wall mounted bike aimed across and out into hallway.

Client case info
Client informed BJ of PHPRS that there had been an incident in the basement concerning a paint brush which was used and then allowed by client to sit client left and returned to clean this up but task had already been handled, however no one in home to include client , clients wife or clients young son cleaned the brush or knew who did, this seemed to unnerve the situation.
Information pertinent to above statement: A close relative to client had passed away recently and happened to be a painter by trade. Client suspects the family member could be haunting the residence.
Started Inv at Approx 9:30pm
Quick meeting on assigned area's for Inv.

Teams set into Investigation,
I was paired up with Courtney in the basement 1st, We performed EVP recordings with a digital recorder and took Photographs, In the basement I can say I heard some light bumps and knocking but this could be attributed to other Investigators and or clients family in the house. Courtney did claim to see a face flash in front of her and described the very quick incident as a man's face with a pointed goatee apparently unhappy. I did not see this but noted the incident. we moved into another room in the basement continuing the EVP session and at this point both of us myself and courtney did hear what sounded like a growl. I did not get this on the digital recorder upon listening to the evidence. Courtney also claimed to hear a childs voice, I didnt hear this but the clients young son was present in the home and I believe located in the room above and to the left of us so it could have been him.

We did continue to hear some light bumping and knocking which did show on the recording but I still believe this can be attributed to team movement or the clients. Ive checked all of the digital photographs I took and listened to the digital recording I made twice and found nothing I could not explain. At no time was I uncomfortable or did I feel anything out of the ordinary. I will say that there were apparently some personal experiences while in the residence but I can not report any which happened to me other than the growl I heard with Courtney in the basement. I would like to thank the Client for allowing us to investigate the home and BJ of PHPRS for setting up the investigation.

Cora's Discoveries

When we arrived at the house, I sat with Courtney during the interview with client while the rest of the team set up equipment.  I don't usually get any "feelings" during an investigation and I didn't that night either.  After the interview, Jose and I went into the office with client and wife. After listening to digital recording of that time, there are 2 or 3 instances of whispering and a few other sounds that have to be listened to again to make sure it wasn't the wife, although I don't recall her whispering during that session.  Jose and I went into the back of the basement and did an evp session. When I listened to the recorder there was nothing of interest.  We moved to the front of the basement for another session, again there was nothing of interest.  Jose and I went upstairs to the living room where we did a session with the client and his wife and Bj, our founder.  We each asked questions for several minutes. The wife felt a drop of water on her foot, I believe it was.  Bj and the client had each felt a drop of water when Jose and I were in the basement.  Jose attributed this to the client's brother that had recently passed away.

In checking my pictures I had nothing unusual.  In checking the recording I had done of the interview there were a few spots that bear further looking at.

Courtney's Discoveries

When we arrived at the house, I and Cora first interviewed the client.  I was having a little difficulty in understanding what the client was saying, because he jumped back and forth between activity in the current house, and activity that happened in their last home.  After the equipment was set up, BJ and I went to the basement to do some EVP work and take pictures.  We went in to the laundry room where a paint brush was said to have been moved from the sink to a bucket.  We heard a few noises, but it was hard to tell whether it was coming from upstairs, or in the basement where we were.  We asked the spirits to try to make a movement of something, possibly move some clothing hangers, but our luck was to no avail.  We retreated back upstairs to allow Jose and Cora to take our place.  While we were waiting, BJ told Bucky and I that he and the client felt water drip on to their faces and leg.  Bucky and I went back to the basement to investigate, and we heard movement where many items were piled.  I saw a quick flash of a face; it was a man with longish dark wavy hair, and a pointy go-t.  It was grining an almost evil grin.  It wasn’t a happy face at all.  I asked Bucky if he knew what the owner's brother looked like, since he had recently committed suicide, and he said he didn’t know.  It only flashed in front of my face for a second.  We kept hearing noises, and in the laundry room I heard a child voice.  Once again, we couldn’t agree completely it was paranormal, since the home owner's child was watching TV in the back bedroom upstairs.  We went upstairs, and sat on the sofa to watch the monitors.  BJ, Jose, Bucky and I began to notice a foul odor emanating throughout the living room.  I did notice it when I had first walked in, but forgot about it until BJ asked if we smelled something bad. Jose said he noticed it as well, but had forgotten about it too.  Jose also said that he saw and angry man when he first walked in the house.  We all left to take a break and let the equipment runs, and at that time I had to leave because I had to work the next day.  After reviewing evidence, I caught a couple possible orbs,   and nothing else.  I did not feel anything malevolent inside in the house.

Jose's Discoveries
--> Date, 8 29 08

It didn't take me long to sense what was going on in this house. As soon as I entered the home, I encountered the face of a man with a tanned complection, about 50ish, with curly black hair that covered most of his face. He had his mouth open and was yelling with a raged look in his eyes. This entity gave a feeling of being Jewish.  He was located downstairs in the lower part of the home, cringing in a corner of the basement. He was enveloped in a fear of meeting his maker. In clearer words, he felt that he had failed his "Faith".
I also encountered the residuals of an older couple standing together on the right side of the basement as you go down the stairs. I believe that they were attached to some of the things stored downstairs. And were making an appearance for the investigators. They didn't seem very involved in the goings on of the house. The "Raged Man" was having more of an effect on the family.
There was also the passing of a loved one. And one of the home owners had asked me to sense if I "got" anything from the few possessions left behind by the loved one. I have to say that I didn't feel anything really emotional associated with a person that had crossed over at that time. That's usually because they get an understanding of why their life went the way it did from the "Higher Spirits" that come to meet them. The founder had an experience with the home owner where he felt a drop of water on his leg while monitoring the video equipment. At the same time the home owner felt  a drop of water on his face like a tear. Ten minutes later when the homeowners wife joined us, she felt a wet spot on her toe. The drops I felt were coming from the brother as "Tears", wishing that he could be there with his brothers, to enjoy hanging out drinking a beer.  I also picked up on a foul odor throughout the house prior to leaving the house. I didn't remember it when I initially entered the home.
Just about the time that we were to leave, the home owners handed me an article of clothing that the loved one was wearing at the time of his death. This was when I felt a direct link to the individual who had moved on. He wanted to thank his brother for putting up with his nonsense over the years and said his sorries for having it end in the fashion that it did. He didn't place the blame on anybody but himself. He took full responsibility for his death. He wanted his brother to move on with his life, and not blame himself for not doing enough. I told him that his brother was going back to something like a "Spirit school", and would return to look after his son as a guide.

These "Event" that I describe aren't by any means common on any investigation. They all differ from situation to situation. To put it in a perspective, surprises are always just around the corner. Just as our founder discovered first hand.
